The Kallen Agency’s mission is to be the leading provider of safe, beneficial educational experiences and products to all we can reach.

 

Essential to The Kallen Agency’s existence are the core family values of service and creativity. To all we can reach, we seek to illuminate a path to safer, more beneficial ways of defining & achieving individual success.  Indeed, some of the greatest resources a community has are its spiritual and civic leaders and the elderly.  The Kallen Agency can aid these leaders in the sharing of their empowering messages of inspiration, and hope through the use of our educational products and services.

 

We are in the midst of an educational crisis and there is a need for our service. We offer a progressive yet thrifty plan.  Still, The Kallen Agency will succeed as a company, only because our products and services seek to directly mirror the needs and wants of those we serve. 

The Kallen Agency’s core undertaking is to benefit and educate everyone we reach. Founded in 2010 by Kirk Walker, The Kallen Agency provides a safe, easy to use service, giving our partners the ability to affordably provide enriching educational experiences.

 

Kirk attended Ohio State University and Bowling Green State University, where he earned his degree. Kirk has more than 20 years of experience educating people of all ages.  Kirk received an Emmy Award on PBS highlighting his work in music education and was lauded in The Chicago Tribune and The Cincinnati Inquirer as “The Best” educational outreach program.  He continues this work through The Kallen Agency, which provides safe, easy to use solutions to bridge the increasing educational divide.  

The language service industry is the sector of activity dedicated to facilitating multilingual communication, both oral and written. Learning foreign languages triggers brain growth.  The political and fiscal climate of the world puts a high priority and demand on the need for multilingual people. All agree, because of this need the industry will continue its rapid growth.  The Kallen Agency is uniquely poised to take advantage of this growth by serving the under served and challenging children, seniors, and church groups to engage in our process which allows their brains to learn and retain languages more efficiently. Science has proven that our bodies work synergistically, and the more we stimulate the whole person, the better the possibility of achieving the goal of a life of quality. Dance, fitness, and Music training is the path to attain that goal.

 

Core Competencies:  The Kallen Agency seeks to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage by providing safe, educational experiences!  We secure our competitive advantage through intentional improvement, and refinement our products and services while keeping our partners in mind.  Already, The Kallen Agency has developed core competencies in (1) offering high-quality safety, and engaging educational experiences whose impact is recognized among our partners; (2) creating a sense of community among children, seniors, church and civic groups who use our service; and (3) developing a reputation among our partners as a safe and reliable service, delivering exceptional educational experiences, with a positive attitude.  The firm intends to build on these competencies through marketing efforts that increase brand awareness, the number of partners, and with the probable introduction of proprietary educational products.

 

While forming and strengthening relationships with new partners, maintaining current partners, and introducing market focused products, The Kallen Agency believes it can create a sustainable and competitive advantage over future rivals.
